Morale is an advocate for the cosmetology business, sharing her expertise in several business ventures and programs that positively impact her experience and others. Her contribution to one of the wealthiest and long lasting industries includes educating the community with her transparent voice. Her professional brand, The Hair Debate Podcast show, is now in its 3rd season of production. The podcast brings together exceptional professionals in cosmetology, psychology, and healthcare, along with consumers to Debunk, Debate, and Discover, All things hair. Morale’s testimony includes defeating many personal battles to inspire others. Her life has been a difficult journey from overcoming abuse, and the loss of two children. It’s her willingness to overcome depression that brought her out of the darkness into a light to guide others as well.
